After many years of hotel opening experiences, having been part of the Ritz Carlton rose Hall opening team in Jamaica, the Carlisle Bay Antigua opening team and Hermitage Bay Antigua opening team, chef Dezi has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge in building a team, planning, organizing, developing and implementing policies for opening new hotels and food and beverage operations. In addition Chef Dezi has done consultancies for Olive Branch, and Caterers Choice which included kitchen design and layout for a new kitchen to accommodate catering and in-person cooking classes. Our overall services, include food and beverage assessment with recommendations, menu planning and overhaul, kitchen redesign and layout for more efficient flow of service. As a certified Hospitality educator, ACF and WAC certified executive chef, Dezi has served as Consultant Tutor to Antigua Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute (ABHTI) to restructure the culinary program to include better delivery of the curriculum with addition of increased hours of practical training for graduates.
